Affiliate disclosure
How we may earn money, and what that never changes.
WiseToolHQ may earn a commission if you click a link on this site and then buy or subscribe to a product. It costs you nothing extra.
Commission never changes which tools we suggest or the order we show them in. We choose tools by how well they fit the job you've told us about. We would list the same tools whether or not they paid us.
Right now, the "Try it" buttons go straight to each tool's official website and are not affiliate links. If a link becomes an affiliate link, we'll mark it. Affiliate links are tagged as paid links in our code, and the tool's page will say so.
We are not affiliated with, paid by or endorsed by any company whose product appears on this site, unless we clearly say otherwise next to that product.
Paid placements
Tool makers can pay for Featured spots: in the homepage showcase, at the top of a directory view, one above our picks in matching results, or a mention in a relevant guide. Any paid placement is marked Featured with a “Paid placement” note, its links are tagged as paid, and it never changes our independent picks or their order. Paid spots are only labelled Featured, never “Top picks” or “Best”. Cards that say “Your tool here” show an available spot, not a listing. How listings work.
This disclosure is written to follow the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and CAP Code rule that ads must be obviously identifiable as ads, and the US FTC's guidance on endorsements and advertising.
